All full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical merit and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.

All accepted papers will be published in ICCMSA2025 conference proceedings, and archived in Online Digital Library. The proceedings will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, CNKI Scholar, Wanfang Data and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science). Excellent papers will be selected and published on SCI and EI journals.

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
